Plan Review
Any new construction, remodel that involves changing the exterior dimensions of a home, pool or fence construction must receive Association approval to be in compliance with the Deed Restrictions and Architectural/Construction Guidelines which can be found on the DOCUMENTS page. Plans must be submitted in PDF format, along with the review fee, to the Association's architect and to Royden Oaks at [email protected].

The fee for new home construction plan review is $500. The fee for review of plans for remodeling and additions is $250. The fee for review of Pools/Fences/Garden Walls and other landscape features is $150. Fees are to be paid to Fehr Grossman Architects. Review will not begin until the fee is received. Incomplete plan submissions, or those that require multiple reviews due to changes, will be charged additional fees based on actual time charged by the reviewer. For projects not approved within 4 months, a resubmittal fee of $250 is required.
The architect will make a recommendation to the Board, and the Board will then communicate to applicants whether plans are in compliance with the restrictions. Please contact us regarding submission of materials and color samples at [email protected].
